As a certified Breathworker and founder of the Embodied Breath, I’ve helped countless individuals connect with the healing powers of the breath.

Through my integral coaching practice, I implement specific stress relieving breathwork techniques that are designed for each individual's wants and needs.

Breathwork can help:

  • Decrease Stress and Increase calm

  • Increase blood and oxygen flow to the brain and body

  • Stimulate the lymphatic system and detoxify the body

  • Strengthen you immune system

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Improve digestion

I offer the following types of breathwork:


Breathing fundamentals

First, we will explore and diagnose your breathing style and dysfunctional breathing patterns. You will learn how the way your breathing is affecting the health of your body and mind. 

We will develop a breathwork tool kit filled with a variety of exercises that will help improve both your mental and physical health. 

You will begin to fix the way you breathe through strengthening your breathing muscles and deepening your breathing awareness. This process can provide both short-term relief and numerous long-term health benefits.

an active meditation

For those of you who are interested in something different, I offer a deeper meditative breathwork experience called the two part breath.

The two part breath allows you to quiet your mind naturally without the use of medications or supplements.

This powerful practice allows you to enter an altered state of deep relaxation where you will connect deeply to yourself through images, sensations, emotions and intuitive downloads- each providing you with hints and information about where your power is getting stuck, what your inner knowing is calling you towards and how to step into your full and authentic expression.
